A gunshot is an impulse noise, which can be harmful to the human ear. A single shot can cause permanent damage without the proper hearing protection. Our range of hearing protectors for shooting are specially designed to help attenuate impulse noise from a gunshot.

Our level dependent ear muffs can amplify external sounds helping to pin-point targets with great accuracy. Not only are sounds amplified, but they are also reproduced in stereo, allowing you to detect where they are coming from.

A passive hearing protector attenuates all noise, including speech frequencies. Our level dependent hearing protector helps improve communication and situational awareness.

Integrated with stateof-the-art level-dependent technology, the LEP-200 helps provide hearing protection in noise and situational awareness in quiet environments. Ear pieces also include a small antenna to allow audio signals to be received wirelessly from a neckloop accessory (accessory sold separately).

Ear muffs, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined at frequent intervals for cracking and leakage. Should they become damaged or get worn out, replacement part are available.
