My WS100 won't pair with my phone.
Hard reset your phone. Once turned back on and ready to opperate, open up your Bluetooth settings so you are ready to select the WS100 device. On the WS100, hold down the pairing button until it beeps twice and it appears on your phone's Bluetooth settings. Select the WS100 to pair.

How do you import employee names in the E-A-Rfit validation system?
Employee names can be imported via a comma delineated file, also known as .csv file from the selection "Manage My Team" in the program settings.

Do 3M hearing protectors have latex?
Unless stated on product packaging, 3M hearing protection products are not made with latex. Our hearing protection products are made with hypoallergenic silicone rubber or polymer foam.
