3M™ Novec™ Electronic Surfactants are intended to improve wet-out, leveling and flow-control for a variety of applications including BOE/BHF applications. Formulated using a sustainable chemistry, they offer excellent solubility for easy mixing and low metals content.

3M™ Novec™ Electronic Anionic Surfactant 4200 provides low surface tensions in buffered HF (BHF)/buffered oxide etch (BOE) solutions, as well as some other aqueous solutions.
