3M™ Polyurethane Protective Patch SJ8674 is made from our protective tape material that helps prevent moisture and corrosion under an airplane’s lavatory skin flap. The transparent thermoplastic elastomer features a tough polyurethane backing with an acrylic adhesive that offers high peel strength and reliable adhesion.

Blocking Moisture to Prevent Corrosion
3M™ Polyurethane Protective Patch SJ8674 was created with a hole cut-out specifically to prevent moisture and acid material that exits the lavatory vent port from migrating under a seam in the lavatory skin flap and causing corrosion and paint staining.
