3M™ Non-Silicone Secondary Release Liner 5053 is a 3.0 mil clear polyester (PET) film with a silicone-free release coating applied to one side, suitable for applications where silicone release agents can leave residue or interfere with subsequent processes. The 5053 release coating delivers a low release level for improved processing of large parts or delicate substrates.

Delivers a Lower Release Level 3M™ Non-Silicone Release Liner 5053 as a clear polyester film (PET) with a fluoropolymer, non-silicone release coating on one side. This 3.0 mil film liner is well-suited for rotary die cutting and clean room applications. 3M designed this release liner to provide high strength and toughness that can resist breakage during die-cutting and automated processing. 3M™ Non-Silicone Secondary Release Liner 5053 provides a low release level. 3M™ Non-Silicone Secondary Release Liner 5932 offers a higher release level, and 3M™ Non-Silicone Secondary Release Liner 4935 offers a moderate release level.
