3M™ Venture Tape™ Vinyl Sandblast Resist Tape 470V is a strong, conformable 4 mil tape coated with a specially formulated removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Specifically designed to be blade cut by hand or plotter, the tape withstands light sandblasting and removes cleanly with no adhesive transfer or residue.
Ideal for Use as a Sandblast Stencil on Glass, Wood and Other Materials
3M™ Venture Tape™ Vinyl Sandblast Resist Tape 470V is designed for a variety of sandblasting applications. It provides excellent blast resistance, making it ideal for protecting sensitive substrates such as glass, wood and polished stone. This tape cuts easily, cleanly and evenly and provides clean, visible cut marks. It resists moisture, acids, alkalis, oils and other chemicals and performs well over a wide range of environmental conditions. A high release liner helps eliminate liner separation during the plotting process and aids in the ease of use and application. It is ideal for use as a sandblast stencil for glass, wood and other materials as well as for use as a paint mask.
