ETFE: One Tough Fluoroplastic

Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer – commonly known as ETFE – is one tough fluoroplastic. 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic ET 6210AZ is a course agglomerated powder ideal to produce ETFE filled compounds that benefit from powder pre blend processing prior to extrusion blending and pelletization. Compounds utilizing Dyneon fluoroplastic ET 6210AZ can be processed by extrusion into a variety of products.

Dyneon fluoroplastic agglomerate ET 6210AZ is a melt processable partially crystalline fluoroplastic resin which offers a valuable combination of properties, such as non stick, tear resistance and non flammable qualities. It can be fabricated into films, extruded thin walled tubing and injection molded parts using specialized equipment.
