3M™ Bidirectional Woven Copolymer Tape 960G is a unique composite of copolymer film laminated to a bidirectional woven copolymer material for superior impact resistance.

Copolymer Laminate Provides Mirror Protection and Dimensional Stability

3M™ Bidirectional Woven Copolymer Tape 960G is designed to pass Category II mirror shatter proofing specifications on both vision and tape sides.  The tough composite film, coupled with a high performance adhesive, creates a reliable bond on mirror backing paints, providing optimum performance, durability and safety.  3M™ Bidirectional Woven Copolymer Tape 960G is ideal for use as a safety backing on silvered float glass and fully tempered mirrors.



*Applied to customers’ suitable surfaces for enhanced impact resistance, which can assist with passing CRL Category II shatter proofing, ANSI Z97.1 1984, and British Standards BS 6206 Class A, 400fp specifications. Independent testing is required.
