CUNO™ CTG-Klean System Filter Pack with Betafine™ DP Series Filter Cartridges was designed as part of a totally enclosed system that uses a separate pressure vessel and disposable filter pack to isolate the product being filtered from the housing. It reduces time, labor and operator exposure to impurities and cleaning solvents involved in filter change-outs and cleaning of conventional housings.

The CUNO™ CTG Klean System was designed with versatility in mind to accommodate a wide variety of filter media and offers compatibility with a range of fluids to meet a variety of process requirements. Our line of 3M™ Betafine™ DP Series filters cartridges are ideally suited for high flow, low viscosity fluids.



The 3M™ Betafine™ DP Series Filter Difference

These filters are used extensively on corrosive and non corrosive process fluids where broad chemical compatibility is required. Our line of 3M™ Betafine™ DP Series filter cartridges are ideally suited for high flow, low viscosity fluids. The high surface area of the pleated filter matrix offers increased flow, high contaminant loading capacity and low initial pressure drop. 3M™ Betafine™ DP Series filter construction is optimized to obtain high flow rates while maintaining the defined particle reduction efficiencies. Each filter cartridge is manufactured from 100% polypropylene and pleated for increased surface area. We manufacture 3M™ Betafine™ DP Series filter cartridges from 100% polypropylene.

Our engineered, absolute rated, pleated filter provides dependable, repeatable filtration, improving effluent quality and helping provide consistent performance. The nature of pleated media also constitutes a greater surface area in less physical space and provides a longer service life compared to non pleated media.
