It offers excellent dielectric stability and high thermal conductivity while ensuring low moisture absorption. The 3-ply composite construction makes the laminate suitable for Class 220® electrical insulation systems.
3M™ CeQUIN™ 510 Insulating Paper Laminate is ideal for core wrap, barrier insulation and rigorous coil winding operations. The conjunction of TufQUIN™ hybrid paper bonded to CeQUIN™ 3000 inorganic paper make this 3 layer laminate excellent for major high temperature applications. It exhibits optimized thermal conductivity, long term voltage endurance and coil bonding characteristics. It is suitable for Class 220® electrical insulation systems and 3M UL Recognized Insulation Systems may be found in UL File No. 65007. REACH Compliant and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
