3M™ DMD180® High-Performance Flexible Laminate is designed for insulating and protecting electrical equipment. It offers excellent dielectric and varnish absorption characteristics while ensuring low moisture absorption. The 3-ply composite construction makes the laminate suitable for Class 180(H) electrical insulation systems.

3M™ DMD180® High Performance Flexible Laminate is ideal for slot cell, phase and wedge insulation. The conjunction of the inorganic filled resin system and 2 layers of the polyester film make this laminate suitable for major high temperature applications. It exhibits optimized thermal conductivity, long term voltage endurance and coil bonding characteristics. The tear initiation and cut through resistant polyester film reinforcement are excellent for automatic insertion and heavy duty winding operations. It is suitable for Class 220® electrical insulation systems and 3M UL Recognized Insulation Systems may be found in UL File No. 65007. REACH Compliant and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant .
